As 2024 comes to an end, I find myself reflecting on the incredible experiences, achievements, and lessons this year brought. Reflection has been key to transforming these moments into meaningful insights, guiding me as I prepare for 2025.

Professional Milestones

2024 was filled with achievements that fueled my professional growth:

• Reached 8,000 learners on LinkedIn Learning, maintaining an impressive 4.7/5 rating.
• Delivered talks at 8 conferences across Europe, connecting with inspiring communities.

• Completed the Harvard University Connected Manager Program, deepening my understanding of effective management.
• Completed the Emerging Leadership Program (ELP), sharpening my leadership skills for future challenges. It was one of my most enjoyable courses I’ve ever took.
• Co-facilitated the first TMAP training in France
• Marked 3 years of working abroad in Lille 2024, an adventure that continues to bring more fun and learnings to my journey !

2024 Places I’ve Been

Travel has always been a big part of my life, and 2024 was no exception!

Exploring the wonders of 10 countries and 25 cities, from Wrocław in Poland to Brighton in the United Kingdom, every destination added a unique chapter to my travel journey.

Exploring New Skills

This year was also about embracing creativity and exploring new horizons:

• Learned video editing and vlog creation, completing 13 videos to share experiences in a fresh format.
• Discovered the art of jewelry making, finding joy in this hands-on, creative pursuit.
• Applied theatre techniques to improve team communication and manage conflicts more effectively.
• Attended my first-ever stadium experience, soaking in the electric atmosphere of live events.
• Dived into SAP testing and related tools, adding technical depth to my professional skillset.

Lessons from Challenges

Not everything went as planned. The biggest setback this year was losing my entire portfolio to theft. While it was a tough experience, it reminded me of the importance of resilience and rebuilding. It wasn’t easy, but it reinforced my determination to protect my work and move forward.

Celebrating Personal Growth

2024 marked my fifth year of blogging, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the community I’ve built and the encouragements I get. Writing remains a powerful way to reflect, connect, and share ideas with like-minded people.

I’m grateful that this year I created more vlogs than blogs, my strategy is to vary content type and explore new ways !

Looking Ahead to 2025

This quote “We do not learn from experience… we learn from reflecting on experience” has guided me through the highs and lows of 2024. Reflection allows us to transform challenges into lessons and achievements into stepping stones for the future.

As 2025 approaches, I’m filled with excitement for what’s ahead: new opportunities, new adventures, and new connections.
