What’s hurting your business? I’m charging up so I can help!
I’m getting ready to go spend some restful days on the Maine coast with poor Internet and sketchy cell service. By the end of August, I’ll be charged up and eager to help a few software delivery organizations explore ways to save time, enjoy their work more and delight their customers.
A lot of you are also taking time off, getting kids ready for school, or busy at work taking up the slack from other people being off work! When you get back to your routine, take time to consider things that are hurting your business. Are teams spending too much time on production support? Are customers disengaging from the product? Do people feel stuck in their efforts to deliver value reliably and frequently?
Let’s talk!
I’d love to chat with you about what’s bugging your team(s) and talk about ways I can help. I love examples, so here are a few things I can do for you:
- An hour-long video Ask Me Anything with your organization. This is a budget-friendly way for your team members to get new ideas to try.
- An agile quality practices assessment of one or more teams, using the QPAM model from Janet Gregory and Selena Delesie. You’ll learn where your organization is in your quality journey and know what next steps to do
- Workshops lasting anywhere from two to six hours where your team can practice:
- Using visual models to plan an effective test automation strategy
- Ways to save time with quick ways to identify and mitigate risks and deliver the right thing on the first try
- Succeeding with reliable continuous delivery with maintaining acceptable product quality
